Angela Jane Kennedy

Angela Jane Cargile Kennedy, 80, a homemaker and widow of John Philip Kennedy, Sr., passed away into eternal life at her Charleston home on November 30, 2015. The relatives and friends of Angela Jane Cargile Kennedy are invited to attend her Funeral Service at 3:00 PM Sunday, December 27, 2015, at the James A. McAlister Chapel, 1620 Savannah Highway, Charleston. Pastor Joe Traynham will officiate the service. Private burial services will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery. The family will receive friends between 5:00 and 7:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home. A native of Macon, GA, Angela was a daughter of the late Sara Belle Smith and Cecil Bostic Cargile. She was a treasured homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.Angela recently lost her husband of 64 years. She is survived by her 4 children: Katherine Theresa, John Philip Jr., Timothy Stephen, and Angela Cecilia; 8 Grandchildren: Steven, Kathy, Regina, Graham, Mackenzie, Forrest, David, and Lauren; and 6 Great-grandchildren: Maybrie, Kaylee, Emily, Cole, Aiden, and Dameon Asher, all of whom were her "favorites". Angela is also survived by her 8 siblings.
