Adam Joseph Voos, of Loris, SC, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, November 16, 2024.
Adam was born in Ogden, Utah to his parents Noel and Cathy Voos.
Adam was a “gentle giant” with a heart of gold who greeted everyone with a smile. A high-spirited man, Adam was always willing to give his helping hand for those in need, whether tutoring fellow classmates, or underclassmen, or effortlessly helping others with less fortunate skills. His love of building and mathematics began initially in his love of building his own computers in his early adult life, and led him to his career as a metal fabricator.
Adam deeply loved his family, God, and his family pets.
Adam truly loved his experience and upbringing as a “military brat” which fostered his deep love, respect, and soft spot for our American veterans.
Adam was employed by HB Metal Builders, Longs, SC, which fulfilled his love of working and creating with his hands, and a love of travelling throughout the United States for work.
In his off time, Adam enjoyed being a handyman, cooking, listen to a variety of music, even a little karaoke, and drafting residential blueprints for his dream of owning his own company featuring efficient steel constructed homes.
Adam is survived by his parents, brothers Matthew Stephen and Nathaniel Gregory (Mary Shanley), nephews Gabriel and Liam, and nieces Averie and Laila, and the love of his life Jillian Rexford, her daughters Jenna and MaryJane, his “bonus daughters”.
The Rite of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St Michael’s Catholic Church, Cary, NC at a date to be determined.
Adam, you have been called to home way too soon, with shoes too big to fill!
May the choir of angels come to greet you. May they speed you to paradise.
May the Lord enfold you In His mercy. May you find eternal life.
